Develop a global communications strategy to be implemented across Diageo’s Prestige business.


Create a communications framework to help double Prestige’s annual sales by 2020 to exceed $100m.

METHOD

We delivered a series of recommendations that focused on critical pillars of growth in the sector - creating consistent cross-platform content and communications guidelines that have been implemented across the Prestige sector from Q3 2017.
